“Our pickup time for this tour was 7:39 am. We called Viator three times and they told us that could not contact the local tour company, and just to wait. The tour van finally arrived at 9:25 am. The guide was unapologetic, and said that he was told that pickup was 8:54am. I will never use Viator or C2Rio again. No mention of a refund or “I’m sorry” at all for being two hours late for pickup.”
